Refund policy

All DecorMadeCustom items are one of a kind and made to order just for you! In the event something is not right with your item(s), please contact us as soon as possible so that we can send out a new item.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@decormadecustom.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
If it's determined that there is an issue with your order that we cannot correct we will provide a refund. Your refund will be applied to the original form of payment and usually appear on your bank statement within 7-10 days. 

Depending on your bank, refunds can appear on your statement in different forms:

- A new line item: The refund is listed as a separate transaction 

Or

- Reversal charge: The original transaction will be voided
