If it's determined that there is an issue with your order that we cannot correct we will provide a refund. Your refund will be applied to the original form of payment and usually appear on your bank statement within 7-10 days.
Depending on your bank, refunds can appear on your statement in different forms:
- A new line item: The refund is listed as a separate transaction

- Reversal charge: The original transaction will be voided

Shipping times:
When an order is placed it typically takes 3-4 business days to produce your item(s) and ship them. Once your order has shipped we will send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking details and, in most cases, your items will be delivered within the below timeframes:

Why didn't I receive free shipping?
- Shipping discounts are dependent upon the type of product purchased and the address where the product is being shipped.
- Free shipping promotions are applicable to all orders within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and select countries. If you notice that your item does not have a shipping discount applied in your cart, your item or ship-to address may not be eligible to receive the promotion.
- Free Shipping promotions only apply to Standard Shipping. Expedited and Rush Shipping are not included.
